Chen-hui (pronounced ‘shen-way’) graduated from The Wharton School with a dual concentration in Statistics and Operations. Since then, she’s worked with companies in retail, tech, and the public sector to highlight insights and inspire strategy.

Throughout her work, Chen-hui has developed an analytics practice rooted in core communication principles and accessible visual cues. Fully Analytics is the culmination of nearly a decade of work in analytics combined with a passion for yummy design moments.

Chen-hui views her analytics works as a creative practice and in her free time can be found cultivating new artistic endeavors.

Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Political Science and minors in Business and Entrepreneurship. He then spent nearly a decade in healthtech, driving revenue, cutting churn, and giving executives the numbers they needed to make the call.

Michael's approach to analytics is simple: know the business, find the signal, and act on it. He brings to Fully Analytics more than a decade of client success, revops experience, and a drive to help clients use data in ways they haven’t yet.

When he's not in the numbers, Michael is flying as a licensed private pilot, working the kitchen, or digging into history and philosophy.
